I have a deep track record working with individual clients who are struggling in their relationships with friends, intimate partners, parents, children, co-workers, or who feel that they aren't finding the relationships that they want. In addition, I have specialized training and experience working on issues of anxiety and anxiety-induced behavioural patterns, and issues around sex and sexuality.

I am privileged to work with clients of diverse cultural, racial, and religious backgrounds, and of all genders and sexual orientations. My clients and I work together to incorporate both individual and systemic approaches to current or past experiences of oppression into our counselling. I bring my personal background having worked in different employment situations and navigated career transition, as well as a spouse, a parent and an active community member, and past and present volunteer for many community organizations.
